“It’s not about reaching a point of perfection; it’s about learning to live in resonance with yourself.”
I can think of many moments in my life where I searched for balance in the outside world, in others, even in experiences. But the feeling of fulfilment was always fleeting and short lived. After the high of a few days, my energy returned to a normal state of constant search for something more. Something bigger, newer, more refreshing and adventurous. The biggest dreams I thought I had for life, were mostly ways to achieve a way of life created from my interpretation of the outer world.
I can’t really pin-point the exact moment this outlook in life changed for me. It must have been a combination of moments, and then, one day, the final dot connected. And I understood I had been reading my compass wrong for a long time!
Because if “the inner landscape creates the outer experience”, why was I creating on the outside first? Why was I constantly trying to match the outer world with my inner world? If “I am the creator”, the surely I had the power to create the outside world by allowing the inside to shine through!
This is what I now teach, and live, through Flor de Maguey. These are the seven pillars that anchor me, the frequencies I return to when life feels chaotic or disconnected. But also, the pillars I cherish when life is flowing in harmony.
As a woman, I have always understood the organic nature of things. After all, we move and exist in cycles. Rhythms that spiral in and out of coherence. An infinite dance between light and shadows, moons and suns, mind and heart.
And so, my temple needs strong pillars to hold me, my power and my spirit. And this temple needs to feel safe and gentle to hold my vulnerability, but also wild and strong to withstand the strongest of storms. Through trial and error, I have learned that only I can provide for myself and satisfy my most basic needs. And that in order to be of help and guidance to others, I need to be of help and guidance for myself first.
So here I share the pillars of my temple, the bones of my Soul.
1. Awareness: The Light of Conscious Choice
Awareness is everything.
It’s the first flicker of consciousness that turns autopilot into presence.
When I started observing my thoughts with no judgement, I began to see the roots of my patterns.
Awareness opens the door to transformation because you can’t shift what you don’t see.
2. Embodiment: Turning Insight into Energy
Healing means nothing if it stays in the mind.
Embodiment is where truth meets the body, where the nervous system learns safety, and where beliefs anchor into action and motion.
Embodiment happens in breathwork, in dance, in stillness. It’s how we remind the body that it is part of our healing too.
3. Connection: Remembering the Web of Life
I’ve always felt connected to the sacred in nature, in ocean waves, in wild winds, in the hum of the earth.
Connection is remembering that you are not separate from that rhythm.
When I attune to the cycles of the moon, the seasons, and the energy of the collective, I find peace.
Because healing is not individual, it’s a vibration that echoes through everything around us.
4. Intuition: The Inner Compass of the Soul
Intuition is the wisdom that speaks when logic goes quiet.
It’s the gentle nudge, the gut feeling, the knowing that has no words.
For years I doubted it, until I understood it was the voice of my higher self, guiding me towards alignment.
Let intuition lead your decisions, your creations, and your growth.
5. Expression: The Liberation of Truth
Expression is energy in motion.
Whether I’m writing, channeling, or speaking my truth, I feel the familiar current, the release of what no longer wants to be held.
Expression isn’t about performance; it’s about liberation.
When we share authentically, our voice becomes medicine for the collective.
6. Devotion: The Practice of Presence
Devotion is my favorite word.
It’s not about rigid discipline; it’s about sacred repetition, showing up with heart, even when motivation fades.
My devotion looks like morning rituals, self-dialogue, energy work, and conversations with the universe.
It’s not about perfection or expectation, it’s about presence with intention.
7. Harmony: Living Between Heaven and Earth
Harmony is the art of integration.
It’s where energy and matter, spirit and body, divine and human all coexist in balance.
When I align my spiritual practices with grounded action, my life flows in synchronicities.
Harmony reminds us that we can be both soft and strong, intuitive and logical, mystical and natural.
The Essence
A fulfilled life is not only about chasing high vibrations, ultimate healing and wealth for the world to see.
It’s about learning to flow with the rhythm of our steps.
It’s about trusting that you hold both light and shadow and this is what makes you whole.
Fulfilment is not something you find, it’s something you remember.
And when you live in - awareness, embodiment, connection, intuition, expression, devotion, and harmony-
you don’t just “live” life, you vibrate with it.
